PP Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric
Start with the finished product: should the fabric be soft or structured, serve as a lining or bag body, and be sewn or welded? These decisions help define a workable specification before comparing quotations.

When should you consider PP Spunbond?
This material family is worth considering for bags, linings, wrapping and products converted from rolls. A fabric that works as a lining may not suit a carry bag: loading, surface finish and joining methods differ. Share a sample or photograph of your finished product so the discussion starts with its actual purpose.
Choose basis weight together with the construction
GSM means grams per square metre. It does not establish strength on its own. For bags, assess the body, handles and seams together; for linings, check coverage, cutting and bonding to other materials. If an existing sample performs well, use it as a reference when comparing alternatives.
Agree how rolls will be supplied
Specify usable width, net fabric weight, core weight, winding requirements, permitted joins and packing. Two quotations with the same price per kilogram may deliver different usable quantities. Clarify these details in the RFQ so purchasing and production work from the same specification.
Frequently asked questions
Can I request a brand colour?
Send a physical reference or colour code for discussion. Screen colours do not replace an approved fabric sample. Availability and minimum order quantity must be confirmed.
Do SS and SSS indicate GSM?
No. They describe structures involving spunbond layers. Basis weight is a separate specification and should be stated explicitly.
