Measure the goods before sizing the bag
Measure the packaged contents, allowing for the base, loading clearance and handle length. If the bag carries several items, test their arrangement. A close fit on a drawing can be awkward for a customer to use.
Provide clear print-ready information
Share vector artwork where available, brand colours, placement and print-area dimensions. A screen preview helps discuss layout, but colour and print quality should be approved on the material. Fine lines, small text and multicolour designs need a feasibility check before confirmation.
Assess the load and joining points
Bag strength is not determined by GSM alone. Handles, handle attachment, seams or welds and base construction all affect carrying performance. State the intended load and use, then assess a finished sample instead of choosing only by material price.
Frequently asked questions
Are nonwoven bags biodegradable?
This cannot be assumed. A PP bag should not be described as biodegradable simply because it is nonwoven. Environmental claims need evidence for the actual material.
What is needed for a logo-print quotation?
Provide bag dimensions, material or sample, handle style, quantity, printed sides, colours, artwork and required delivery timing.
