Start with a clear product brief
Provide product type, a sample or photograph, specifications, quantity and destination market. Include end-customer requirements so the enquiry can be assessed. For items outside the nonwoven catalogue, confirm the scope of sourcing support before proceeding.
Separate introductions from order commitments
Photographs and company profiles support initial review but do not confirm a particular order. Review samples, capability against the actual requirement, supporting records and responsibilities. Document what has been accepted in the commercial agreement.
Define the price and delivery scope
A quotation should state its unit, currency, delivery point, packing, taxes and included charges. For international shipments, agree the handover point and responsibilities. Final arrangements need confirmation with the parties responsible for freight and documents.
Manage samples, labels and documents
Keep the specification revision, approved sample and label content together for repeat orders. Check the destination-market requirements for the actual goods; one document set does not cover every product. Agree timing once the important inputs are clear.

- Packing, labelling and buyer documentation requirements.

Units and commercial details
State fabric width in metres or millimetres, basis weight in g/m² (gsm), and quantity in kg, metres or pieces. Indicate a preferred quotation currency and delivery scope for discussion. These preferences do not establish an accepted price, payment method or shipping commitment.
